Aberdeenshire North Foodbank is grateful to the wonderful team at The Foyer who have been acting as a temporary distribution point for pre-packed emergency food boxes in Peterhead until such time as we could open a Foodbank centre.
This arrangement has now ceased and pre-packed food boxes will no longer be available from The Foyer.
We will make pre-packed food boxes available from our new premises in Skelton Street, Peterhead once we have recruited enough volunteers to operate the centre. This is in hand. This will ensure that some measure of emergency food provision is continued until the Foodbank opens fully.
We will update you as soon as we can regarding opening times.
In the meantime, clients issued with a red Foodbank voucher can exchange their voucher at any of our Foodbank centres – Ellon, Inverurie and Huntly. Referral partners can collect a food parcel on behalf of a client from any of our Foodbank centres.
